This Private Label Rights (PLR) License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Incomelion (“Licensor”) grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) certain rights to use the digital product (“Product”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Incomelion grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, transferable Private Label Rights (PLR) license, subject to the terms and restrictions outlined below.
This license allows you to use the Product for both personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with all conditions of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
Unless otherwise stated, you MAY:
- Edit, modify, crop, recolor, combine, or transform the Content
- Rebrand and present the modified Content as your own
- Use the Content in unlimited personal or commercial projects
- Use the Content for websites, blogs, social media, advertisements, ebooks, printables, digital products, branding, and client work
- Repackage and resell individual image packs or assets taken from within a bundle
- Create new derivative products by combining the Content with other assets you own or have licensed
- Sell individual packs as standalone digital products
- Include modified Content inside value-added offers or bundles (excluding the full original bundle)
3. Prohibited Uses
To protect the integrity and value of the original collection, you MAY NOT:
3.1 Resell or Redistribute the Full Bundle
- You may not resell, share, publish, distribute, or give away the entire bundle or master collection in any format.
3.2 Create a Competing Mega-Bundle
You may not create or sell any product that:
- Replicates the scale or concept of the original bundle
- Contains most or all of the included packs
- Could reasonably be considered a direct competitor to Incomelion’s original offering
3.3 Sell the Bundle as a Whole Product
- The full bundle may not be listed, sold, shared, or redistributed as a single package.
3.4 Transfer Licensing Rights
You may NOT transfer, sell, or pass on:
- PLR rights
- Commercial rights
- Resell rights
- Master resell rights
Your customers do not receive any resale or PLR rights to the Content unless explicitly stated by Incomelion.
3.5 Distribution & Platform Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Upload the full bundle to stock marketplaces or print-on-demand platforms
- Share the bundle through cloud drives, group folders, or file-sharing platforms
- Offer the full bundle inside memberships or subscriptions
- Distribute the Content “as-is” without meaningful modification or added value
3.6 Illegal or Harmful Use
You may not use the Content for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, offensive, or adult-themed purposes.
4. Ownership & Copyright
All original copyrights and intellectual property rights to the unmodified Content remain the sole property of Incomelion.
This Agreement grants usage rights only.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.
5. Updates Policy (Important)
5.1 Courtesy Updates Only
Any mention of “free lifetime updates” refers to a voluntary courtesy benefit, not a guaranteed contractual obligation.
5.2 Updates May Change or End
Incomelion reserves the right to:
- Reduce update frequency
- Modify update availability
- End free updates at any time
- Transition updates to a paid subscription model
These changes may occur without prior notice.
5.3 No Lifetime Guarantee
“Lifetime updates” means updates are provided only while the courtesy program remains active, not for the lifetime of the customer, company, or product.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Incomelion shall not be held liable for:
- Misuse of the Content
- Platform or marketplace policy changes
- Incorrect interpretation of licensing terms
- Technical issues related to third-party software or services
7. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely unless terminated by Incomelion due to a violation of its terms.
If this Agreement is terminated:
- All rights granted to the Licensee are immediately revoked
- Use and distribution of the Content must cease immediately
8. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product from incomelion.com, the Licensee confirms full acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
